- 12 Foot Wide, Type I Exhaust-Only Wall Canopy Hood with Built-in 3" Back Standoff is great for Ovens, Steamers, Open-Burner Ranges, Griddles, Fryers, Gas Char-Broilers, Electric Char-Broilers, Woks, Mesquite Grills, Charcoal Char-Broilers, Gas Conveyor Char-Broilers and Wood Burning Appliances.
- Superior exhaust flow rates.
- Double Wall front design increases rigidity, prevents condensation and directs grease-laden vapors towards the exhaust filter bank.
- Grease drain system (1/8" per foot minimum slope) with removable 1/2 pint cup makes it extremely easy to clean.
- Comes with pre-punched hanging angles on each end of the hood.
- Comes fitted with Four (4) UL Listed, Pre-Wired Vapor Proof Incandescent light fixtures and tempered glass globes to hold up to a standard 100 watt bulb. Clear Thermal and Shock Resistant Globe.
- Built-in wiring chase provided for optimal positioning of electrical controls and outlets on the front face of the hood without penetrating capture area or requiring external chaseway.
- ETL Listed for 450°F, 600°F cook surface temperatures. ETL Sanitation Listed and built in accordance with NFPA Standard 96.
